Kisses and Kites May 21, 2011

More fun with girl colors, this time in pink and brown (Chris really likes that color combo) and featuring a kit by Bonnie Blou Designs called Chocolate Kisses.  The kit has some fun papers and some cute elements and can be picked up here at Stuff to Scrap.

Here are a couple pages I made with it.

Mother's Day 2011

Isn’t she – uh, I mean, aren’t the pages cute??
Jensen Motley Crew Design also has some new kits: Up and Jesus Loves the Little Children.  Here are some pages I made with them.

One of my favorite pics of Judah, using Jesus Loves the Little Children

…And here’s a peek at the kits.  Up has some bright colors, things that fly (kites, planes, butterflies), things that don’t (unless you have a toddler who likes to throw things, in which case bows and buttons often become airborne), and I’m especially digging the cute little blue paper that says up on it.  Jesus Loves the Little Children has lots of rich, deep colors.  Check ’em out!

Super Chef Canning May 10, 2011

Filed under: Uncategorized — Christie @ 2:48 am

Last year I canned tomatoes and tomato sauce for the first time, and I finally made some pages to mark the occasion using a great, packed kit from Scraps N’ Pieces called Super Chef.  It is seriously packed full of all kinds of food items, elements, papers and an alpha.  Here are the pages I made using the kit:

And here’s the kit in all its packed-full-ness.

See – packed!

You can pick the kit up here at Stuff to Scrap – and it’s even on sale for 40% off (along with a lot of other great kits and some great add-ons to the Super Chef kit, like cardstocks and quick pages!!) for Stuff to Scrap’s birthday celebration!  While you’re there, check out the great birthday challenges that are going on.  (And hey, if you pick up the Quick Pages, you’ll have lots of extra time for the challenges!  😉  )

Jovelle May 1, 2011

I never pegged myself for a girly-girl, but since Jovelle’s been born, I find myself wanting to dress her in pink and design scrapbook pages in colors other than blue.  🙂  Shel Belle Scraps has a kit called Amelia that was perfect for this – really pretty papers and lots of purple (My favorite paper is the one with lots of flowers.).  Here are some pages I made with it.

Isn’t she cute??
